Celebrating uniqueness

celebrating uniqueness

LAAT seeks to retain each individual school’s uniqueness while providing support, guidance and challenge to achieve high quality experiences for children and young people within its academies.  Our academies are encouraged to exchange ideas, contribute to knowledge and best practice sharing, and work together to create more opportunities to learn, develop and grow.

We provide all the benefits of being part of a mutually supportive community, whilst maintaining every school as a special and unique place.

The Trust recognises that every school has its own identity and we want to celebrate this.  The school will continue to be responsible for its day-to-day operations as defined within the Trust’s Scheme of Delegation.

One of our documented aims is to provide a partnership which enables schools to thrive within a family of interdependent academies with shared values centred on Excellence, Exploration and Encouragement within a Christian perspective of Education.

“LAAT has celebrated our uniqueness, and actively encouraged us to retain our individuality to best serve the community we operate in”
