At LAAT, we believe that everyone has the right to look out of our LAAT window, this means that DEI is not just a principle – it is a practice that shapes a brighter, more inclusive future for everyone in our communities. This is seen through a Trust-wide approach to DEI through the interactive learning platform – LYFTA, as well as our shared DEI annual calendar, DEI CPD, resources and initiatives.
