Our Trust-wide SENDCo Network plays a key role in maintaining high standards of provision. This network provides a platform for SENDCos to come together, share best practices, develop expertise, and engage with specialist professionals to enhance SEND support across all our schools continually.
We also recognise that effective SEND provision is a whole-school responsibility. Through our Trust’s professional development programme, we equip all teachers with the knowledge, strategies, and confidence to meet a wide range of needs, ensuring that every teacher is a specialist in teaching students with SEND. This commitment supports full compliance with the SEND Code of Practice and, most importantly, ensures the best possible outcomes for every pupil in our care.
